Kia Ora tatou and Welcome
This week at DFI we focussed on media and the create side of things within Manaiakalani. This week we also didn't have to go into the class we were all online learning, going to different people for different create task. This was an awesome session and I really enjoyed my day today as we were all engaged in this way of learning and I was on the other side of the call as in I was not the teacher, I was the learner and that was different. One of the create task I attended was Creating a Digital Pepeha, you will see in my slide deck below that I am a proud maori that enjoys returning back to my papa kainga any chance I get. Google Draw and Slides are going to be my best friend when it comes to creating learning work for my students.
DFI lately has been awesome and I am looking forward to more amazing classes of learning new things, so all in all so far so good.
Love to see your use of the create tools emerging from this session Kelly. Having your pepeha on slides makes it easy to locate and share with each class you work with. I can see lots of opportunities for you and your Äkonga to use Draw and slides as part of their learning.
ReplyDeleteDid you know you could embed your slides in your blog post? The link works well, but there is an alternate method.
