Today we had the pleasure of a Teacher Only Day and this happened at one of our cluster school, Panmure Bridge School. firstly we walked into the grounds and followed the aromas of coffee brewing nd waiting for teachers to make their orders. We were welcomed to this school by their amazing Kapahaka group, ka nui te mihi ki a koutou mo o koutou manaaki ki a tatou katoa. Mahi rangitira ratou, we then listened to an amazing presenter who spoke to us about technology, yep devices how it use to be to how it is now, Fast and Effective. Our special presenter Sir Ian Taylor, he spoke real sense about how great and effective technology is.
My first workshop was about create a maths game using AI, how excited was I, I used tetris as the game, maths equations would appear and the students would have to answer the equation before they get the puzzle piece. Such a cool and exciting way to learn and play games. Thank you for this cool idea.
